DEPOSITS:

50% Non refundable deposits are taken at time of booking by Paypal or bank transfer.

CANCELLATIONS:

Cancellations are required at least 24 hours in advance of your treatment. If you cancel after this time we reserve the right to charge you the full cost of the treatment if we cannot resell your booking.

HEALTH ADVICE:

Before your treatment we will ask you to complete a brief medical questionnaire. It is important to let us know if you are pregnant or have recently undergone surgery. We also need to know about any medical issues such as high blood pressure, heart problems, varicose veins, serious allergies or skin complaints.

AGE RESTRICTIONS:

Treatments are only available to guests of 18 years and older. Some facials available to guests of 16 years or older with parental permission. Please enquire within.

TIMING:

Please come to your appointment 10 minutes ahead of your treatment so you can complete the consultation form and questionnaire. If you are late for your treatment you are in risk of the time being shortened, yet the same treatment price applying.

WHAT TO WEAR:

Please wear something loose to the appointment. If you are booked in for a face treatment, please come with no make up on.

GIFT VOUCHERS:

Gift vouchers are available for all our treatments and make a wonderful gift. We can send these directly to you or the recipient or simply hand them to you before you leave.
